Responsibilities for the Vendor Relations Analyst:We are seeking a highly skilled
Sourcing Analyst to support a Strategic Sourcing team within a growing organization. This role will focus on supplier management for non-stocked products and vendor-direct programs. The ideal candidate will help drive growth, improve sourcing operations, and manage key vendor relationships.
Required Skills for the Vendor Relations Analyst:- 2+ years’ experience supporting supplier and vendor management activities, including contract maintenance and supplier communication
- Proven ability to manage supplier pricing updates, vendor portals, and procurement systems (e.g., SAP)
- Skilled in generating supplier performance reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Familiarity with commodity sourcing processes for tools, parts, and supplies
- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining contracts databases and tracking claim backs
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support sourcing strategy, vendor performance, and profitability goals
