Schedule - 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday. Overtime scheduled as needed.

We are looking for a 2nd shift Machine operator to join our team in our Thermoforming Process.
A day in the life of a Machine Operator/Thermoforming at Gemini includes:
- Forming Letters by placing sheet plastic in a vacuum machine, activating the machine and removing the formed letters.
- Reviews production orders to assure requirements of the job.
- Locates correct letters and places the molds on a press plate ensuring most effective utilization of material.
- Placing correct sheet on the press and heating to proper temperate, monitoring heat regularly during the forming process.
- After forming, removes molds, cuts out letters ensuring quality control per the work order then transports to next team for further processing.
- Inspects condition of molds and equipment, ensuring proper storage.
- The work environment is clean, bright, and hot around equipment.
- Reporting to our Plant Supervisor
