Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Associate:
- Collaborate with assigned locations to review employment applications and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates, facilitating the completion of necessary questionnaires.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Lead sourcing initiatives to attract and convert high-quality applicants into successful hires.
- Utilize the iCIMS applicant tracking system effectively, with training provided.
Required Skills for Talent Acquisition Associate:
- Strong professional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with critical decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in office software and the ability to work within an office-based team environment.
- Experience in navigating applicant tracking systems, particularly iCIMS, is a plus.

Compensation Details: $33/hr
