Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Desk 2 - Columbus Location:

- Respond to service desk telephones and/or emails, addressing user inquiries
- Create, route, and maintain incident records within a ticketing system
- Assist users in resolving incidents by providing guidance on software and hardware problems
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize user incidents and complaints to ensure successful resolution
- Work under minimal supervision to research, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble tickets within established Service Level Agreements
- Participate in on-call rotation on weekends

Required Skills for Service Desk 2 - Columbus Location:

- 1-2 years of experience in a Helpdesk role
- Proficiency with ticketing systems
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow long-term with our client's team
