IDR is seeking a contract Revenue Cycle Project Manager to join an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role is within a leading healthcare organization focused on enhancing revenue cycle efficiency and reducing uncollectible rates through various operational and technological projects.

Position Overview for the Revenue Cycle Project Manager:

• Manage multiple workstreams linked to hospital revenue cycle improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate internal resources, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Drive execution across operational, process, and technology projects with a focus on hospital revenue cycle.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and ensure informed decision-making.
• Support ongoing projects and adapt strategies as necessary during the initiative timeframe.

Requirements for the Revenue Cycle Project Manager:

• Proven experience managing hospital revenue cycle projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and status reporting skills.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and barriers early.
• Experience working across operational, process, and technology stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams and SharePoint, and experience with Epic.
