IDR is seeking a Project Manager II- New Product Development to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, Georgia. This role involves leading large-scale projects within a dynamic industry, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Position Overview for the Project Manager II- NPD:

• Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and manage strategic project plans, including schedules, KPIs, and budgets for high-impact initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to optimize collaboration and resource utilization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to executive stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements for the Project Manager II- NPD:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of project management or product development experience, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
• Experience in new product development project management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and executive communication skills.
