Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Healthcare Program Coordinator:Coordinate daily operations for workforce and student programs, including externships and clinical placements
Manage program schedules, documentation, and communications with both internal teams and external academic partners
Maintain participant data, ensuring databases are accurate and compliant with policies and requirements
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders, supporting the smooth execution of initiatives
Collaborate with team members to enhance program efficiency and support ongoing projects
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, or related fields
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing professionally with executives and partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Smartsheet or Workday is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in Business, Education, Public Health, or a related discipline
