Overview:
The Lead Epic Applications Analyst will serve as the technical leader for their applications and provide guidance to the Senior Epic Application Analysts and Epic Application Analysts within their areas. The Lead Epic Applications Analyst will also lead collaborative work between the Epic team in cross-application efforts including the Cogito team. This role encompasses all the job duties of the Senior Epic Applications Analyst role which include serving as the Subject Matter Expert and technical point of contact for their application areas taking lead in primary areas of work including projects, changes, and the highest point of break/fix escalation. They demonstrate full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to their technical discipline, and provide solutions to a variety of complex problems. They manage user requirements, develop, and implement systems for complex processes.
