IDR is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role focuses on leveraging advanced data analytics, AI, and Power BI to support strategic business decision-making in a dynamic, fully remote environment within the energy industry.
Position Overview for the Lead Data Analyst:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights
- Integrate AI models and machine learning outputs into business intelligence solutions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to optimize data strategies
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting platforms
Requirements for the Lead Data Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure ML, Python, R)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
