Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Instructional Designer:

• Consult with internal stakeholders to create innovative learning solutions
• Design and develop a variety of training materials, including instructor-led, computer-based, job aides, and assessments
• Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to create innovative solutions in an agile business environment
• Align learning objectives with business goals, ensuring the quality and accuracy of materials
• Manage and create instructional design training materials to support the training and upskilling of frontline operations

Required Skills for Instructional Designer:

• 2+ years of experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies to web-based training and instructional materials.
• 2+ years of recent experience in a corporate environment
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design for various formats
• Proficiency in creating engaging learning experiences
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders and internal partners
• Experience using software such as Microsoft Office, Articulate Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Ability to manage shifting work priorities and adapt to change
