HCM Training Specialist to join one of our top clients in Atlanta, GA. Will offer 1-2 remote days each week after initial ramp up/training period.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HCM Training Specialist:
- Collaborate with our client's team to facilitate the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.
- Conduct training sessions for non-technical users, utilizing various methods to ensure comprehensive understanding.
- Serve as an administrator for Workday Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Optimization modules.
- Leverage your HRIS systems training experience to enhance user proficiency and system adoption.
Required Skills for HCM Training Specialist:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training non-technical users.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent Optimization modules.
- Proven experience in HRIS systems training.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
