Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Facilities Contract Operations Coordinator:
Provide comprehensive support to the Facilities Management Contracts Team by managing the full lifecycle of vendor contracts for facility services and preventative maintenance.
Draft, execute, and track vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with all agreements.
Collaborate with affiliate facilities and vendors to address contract discrepancies and compliance issues.
Maintain precise documentation and audit-ready records of all vendor agreements.
Offer backup support for inbound call center operations, responding to service requests and facilitating communication between vendors and internal teams.
Required Skills for Facilities Contract Operations Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or facilities support.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
