IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role supports the cybersecurity leadership team by managing administrative functions and coordinating daily operations within a fast-paced, confidential environment. The position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, technology-focused industry without mentioning specific compensation details.
Position Overview for the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the cybersecurity leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare meeting materials including agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Organize leadership meetings, track deliverables, and support operational coordination including budget tracking and vendor liaison.
- Support communications with external partners, regulators, and vendors, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience managing purchase orders, budgets, and vendor coordination in enterprise settings is a plus.
