Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant: • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. • Coordinate and manage complex scheduling, including meetings and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity. • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail. • Facilitate communication and interaction between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Skills for Executive Assistant: • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently. • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
