We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our clients existing product team and help turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements for UI/UX and development teams. The ideal candidate has experience working in Agile environments, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital features.
Key Responsibilities:Break down high-level features into detailed user stories and technical requirements
Collaborate with UI/UX and accessibility teams to define application workflows
Lead or support Agile ceremonies (e.g., grooming, sprint planning, demos)
Reference Swagger to ensure requirements align with REST API capabilities
Write release notes, create solution diagrams, and support end-to-end delivery
Must-Have Skills:- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, translating technical requirements into actionable user stories for scrum/agile product teams
- 2+ years' experience writing user stories for UI/UX design and front-end development - Working directly with UI/UX, accessibility, and product teams
- 2+ years' experience leading Scrum ceremonies including leading product backlog grooming
- Must be able to read and interpret REST API documentation using tools like Swagger.
- Must have experience using Jira to manage product backlogs, track issues, and document requirements.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and meet monthly release cycles
