Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Data Engineer I:

• Translate business intelligence requirements into data repository and business intelligence systems.
• Design and implement ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Lead the development of analytic solutions using both on-premise and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain data quality and compliance with standards.
• Provide documentation, mentoring, and training to stakeholders on deployed solutions.

Required Skills for Data Engineer I:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in modern data platform design, API integration, and data lake/warehouse development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft technologies.
• Familiarity with data integration/ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, eager approach to problem-solving.
