Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Change Management Consultant:

- Guide the team through change and transition processes
- Apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools effectively
- Work flexibly and adaptably in ambiguous situations
- Employ strategic thinking, problem-solving, and root-cause identification skills
- Engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Make data-driven decisions and contribute to large-scale organizational change efforts
- This is a 26-week contract position with potential for some weekend or evening work during the execution stage

Required Skills for Change Management Consultant:

- Minimum of three years of change management consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as HR, OD, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred)
- Change management certification (preferred)
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (preferred)
