IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role is vital for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that project requirements are accurately captured and implemented to meet program goals. The position involves analyzing legacy systems, documenting business needs, and supporting process improvements within a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Analyze current legacy systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Document business requirements through BRDs and FRDs, translating ideas into technical specifications.
- Facilitate process mapping, use case creation, and scope management.
- Support testing phases by developing test cases and ensuring project deliverables meet the original specifications.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to analyze legacy systems and identify improvements.
- Skilled in requirements documentation, including BRDs and FRDs.
- Experience in process mapping, use case development, and scope negotiation.
- Strong communication skills to serve as the central point of contact among stakeholders.
