Responsibilities: This individual will collaborate with the Digital Strategist and a highly strategic team focused on supporting the discovery of site standardization and establishing governance frameworks. This role involves assisting clients in streamlining digital marketing efforts across multiple sites, enhancing user experience, and driving process improvements.
 
Top Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Technical Business Analyst working on software dev. projects
• Any bug tracking system for task management - Jira (highly preferred)
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestones. Understanding workflows, processes, understanding software development and requirements gathering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree
