Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Actuary: Create and maintain actuarial models using the Milliman Integrate Actuarial platform to support GAAP, US, and Bermuda statutory reporting. Develop tools for testing new models and support assumption updates to quantify impacts. Collaborate with the model production team to produce accurate quarterly and monthly valuation results. Ensure adherence to model development best practices, including design, change management, and documentation. Provide support during internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
Required Skills for Actuary: FSA or established ASA with over 4 years of experience in the life and annuity insurance industry. Proficiency in MG ALFA or similar actuarial projection software. Strong communication, technical, and analytical skills. Experience with US GAAP valuation is preferred. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus.
